This is a stereotype for the students because it’s a foundation of learning language. But poetry is different from the basic grammar. You don’t have to pay strict attention to grammatical rules okay.

As you know when you write from a word to a phrase then a sentence and there you are, poetry is quite different from other written forms. That’s why you shouldn’t pay too much attention to literary rules.

The last is about sentences arrangement.

What does this mean?

Now you have to arrange each word, phrase and sentence.

Let’s do it ….

(face, moon, sad, miss, pretty, queen/king, love/hate)

(Your face, crescent moon, pretty king/boy , miss you)

…………………………………………

…………………………………………

…………………………………………

…………………………………………

(I let you decide if you want to play around with different a different order; a rhythm you want or add or subtract lines.
